To Acadia

320 miles today. It seems like a long way considering how much we've driven the past week and a half. Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Canada, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Seems like a long way to me when you look at all the places we've been already.

It's very beautiful country side along the way. Here is a shot from a scenic overlook and I think that river is the border between Vermont and New Hampshire. We're still in Vermont at this point.
Compulsory picture at a rest stop. Even the rest stops are pretty. I think since everything is now so different than Texas, it all just seems beautiful.
We stayed at Bar Harbor Campground (Bar Harbor Campground) and we plan on staying here for several days, perhaps up to a week, so we had to find somewhere with at least 30 amp power and water. It doesn't, however, have a dump at our site, so that will be something we'll have to monitor over the next few days. There are showers very close, so it's not too much of an issue. This site isn't quite as isolated as the last one in Vermont, but it's still very nice. There's also a semi-heated pool, so the kids are psyched.
Can anyone find Brady being a goober?

We'll explore Acadia tomorrow. There are bus routes that are free that actually pick up right here at this campsite and take you all over the park which is nice because parking can be tricky at Acadia when it's crowded. We plan on using them tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes.
